Beast Benefits is an employee engagement and retention platform built for hotels and the wider hospitality industry. Staff use one mobile app for recognition, rewards, short courses and AI help in their own language. Managers and HR get anonymous Pulse results and a Hotel Health Score.
What is an employee engagement platform for hotels?
It is software that helps a hotel keep its people by making recognition, feedback and growth part of daily work. Unlike office tools, a hospitality platform works for shift teams on their phones, in several languages, across departments such as kitchen, housekeeping and front desk.
How does Beast Benefits help reduce hotel staff turnover?
It works on the reasons people leave: feeling unseen, unheard or stuck. Recognition and rewards make good work visible, the Pulse shows managers problems early, and courses show a path forward. We measure the effect in your pilot against your own turnover, not against promises.
Is the Pulse survey really anonymous?
Managers only ever see group averages. The monthly Pulse is always anonymous, weekly check-ins can be sent anonymously, and comments appear without a name. Results show only when enough people have answered (3 by default), so small teams cannot be identified.
Which languages does Beast Benefits support?
The app runs in English, Bulgarian, Turkish, Greek and Russian. Each person picks their own language, so a mixed kitchen team reads the same app in five languages, and the AI Translator helps colleagues understand each other’s messages and recognition.
Do employees need to install an app?
No app-store install is needed. Beast Benefits is a progressive web app: staff open a link on any phone, join with the hotel’s code and can add it to their home screen. Updates arrive automatically, so everyone uses the current version.
How much does Beast Benefits cost?
Pricing is per employee per month and depends on your hotel’s size and the modules you use. We quote it for each hotel, so there is no public price list. Send us a few details through the contact form and we will come back with a quote.
Does Beast Benefits replace our HR or payroll system?
No. Beast Benefits sits alongside your HR, payroll and scheduling systems. It is the layer employees open daily for recognition, rewards, learning and feedback, while your existing systems keep handling records and pay.
How does a Beast Benefits pilot work?
A pilot runs for 90 days at your hotel. We set up departments, languages and rewards with you, your team joins with a hotel code, and at the end we review usage, Pulse results and feedback together. Use the contact form to plan one.
